ST4S assessments are valid for two years from the date of completion. Products are due for reassessment every two years, or sooner if any significant changes occur that could affect compliance with current privacy, security, or online safety standards. It is the supplier’s responsibility to notify ST4S of any significant changes to the product within the two-year period, or of any changes to the primary contact or email address, to ensure timely reassessment and communication.
Companies that have registered their service for the ST4S Product Badge are required to additionally complete the latest readiness check at least annually to ensure continued compliance with the latest criteria.
